About Anna Manning
Anna Manning has been selling homes across the Hutt Valley since 2014. In that time she has completed 364 confirmed sales and more than $235 million in settled property, most of them family homes for local owners.
Most of Anna's business comes from repeat clients and referrals. She sees that as the clearest measure of how past clients felt about the result and the service. Anna has been recognised among Ray White's Top 100 salespeople nationwide.
Anna leads Anna Manning Real Estate, a four-person team operating under Ray White Hutt City, so there is always someone available when clients need them. She lives locally in Lower Hutt's western hills and sells right across the valley, from Petone and Alicetown to Maungaraki, Waterloo, Stokes Valley, Wainuiomata and Upper Hutt.
Before real estate in New Zealand, Anna worked in advertising in Wellington and Tokyo and in residential real estate in Yokohama. She holds a degree in Asian Studies and Japanese with Business and Tourism from Victoria University of Wellington. Her marketing background, and a love of interior design, photography and art, shape how she presents every home.
